If not it should be. There are a lot of bugs to work out. One is that the food hovers above the table. There is no option to turn the music down or off and there needs to be. This app has good bones, but just needs work.

stupidest app E-VER
this app is stupid. when i got on 5 pop ups came up and i was like realy. i ascaped all the pop ups and played the game for about 1 minute an then 7 other pop ups came up(i counted) so if i were u i would not get this apph DO NOT EVER GET THIS STUPID AP
